Each time our website is accessed, usage data is stored in a log file on the server of our provider (Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4-6, 32339 Espelkamp). This data record consists of the IP address, which page of our website was accessed, from which website the access was made, the date and time of the access, and a description of the web browser and operating system used. This data is collected in order to be able to make our Internet pages accessible, to recognise and rectify any technical problems that may occur and to prevent and, if necessary, pursue any misuse of our services. An evaluation takes place exclusively in anonymised form for statistical purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal usage data is article 6(1), first subparagraph, point (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR").

On our Website, you have the option of voluntarily providing us with personal data, for example in the context of an enquiry via the contact form or via e-mail. 4. Disclosure of data to external parties

For certain technical processes of data analysis, processing or storage, we use the support of external service providers (e.g. for obtaining aggregated, non-personal statistics from databases or for storing backup copies or sending requested information material). These service providers are carefully selected and meet high data protection and data security standards. They are bound to strict confidentiality and only process data on our behalf and according to our instructions. The legal basis for the involvement of these service providers is article 28 DS-GVO.

Except as explained in this Privacy Policy, we will only disclose personal data to third parties without your explicit consent if we are required to do so by law or by a governmental or judicial order.

5. Use of cookies

When calling up our pages, so-called temporary cookies are used to facilitate navigation. These cookies expire after the session has ended. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user's data carrier and exchange certain settings and data with our system via the browser. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which the cookie data was sent, information about the age of the cookie and an alphanumeric identifier. 6. Duration of storage

The access data described under point 2 will be stored for a period of 60 days. In all other respects, the above-mentioned data is deleted when knowledge of it is no longer required for the purposes described, unless legal provisions stipulate longer storage.
