Special construction supervisions of steel hydraulic engineering and pipeline fittings at the Niederpöbel flood retention basin

The river valleys of the Eastern Ore Mountains have often been and are often affected by devastating floods – for example, 1897, 1958, 2002 and 2013. After the floods in 2002, a flood protection concept was developed for the Rote Weißeritz river basin. This includes the construction of a flood retention basin in the Pöbeltal.
