Since December 2014, the Lahmeyer Group has been part of Tractebel Engineering and is thus part of the former GDF SUEZ Group – today ENGIE.
With a major innovation Lahmeyer Hydroprojekt starts in 2019. From the end of March, the company will operate under the brand of the parent company Tractebel and bear a new company name. Lahmeyer Hydroprojekt GmbH becomes Tractebel Hydroprojekt GmbH. The experienced teams work together with experts from the entire Tractebel Group on complex projects in the fields of energy, water and infrastructure.
The name Lahmeyer Hydroprojekt is well known and appreciated in engineering consulting throughout Germany as well as worldwide. That's why it will not disappear completely. So that customers and partners recognize the former Lahmeyer company, the logo will also be shown in the future. This is done within the framework of the so-called expertise system: In the media, the text supplement "With the trusted expertise of" appears at the foot of the page as well as the Lahmeyer Hydroprojekt logo next to it. In this way, the company communicates its quality promise and its well-known competencies under the strong umbrella of the Tractebel Group.
